Copenhagen Business School (CBS) is by national and international standards a strong institution with a distinctive ‘business university’ profile. Established in 1917, CBS is one of the largest business schools in Europe. CBS has a particular responsibility to bring knowledge and new ideas to companies and business organisations, to the next generation of business leaders, and to society as a whole. The Department of Mar-keting at CBS conducts research in marketing areas, including retailing and strategic design, business devel-opment - with an academic profile focused on new markets and marketing management. CBS will primarily conduct research into innovation, commercialization and marketing of the project insights, ensuring that the partners stay focused on the innovative potential of the research strategy thus enabling the partnership to take advantage of new market and business opportunities.

Role: WP-Leader of WP9. Jens Geersbro will primarily be engaged in Innovation Management as-sessing the market and commercialization potentials of the involved organisations. Jens Geersbro will be conducting an Action Research for Innovation in relation to the diagnostic tools and technology de-veloped through the project and make sure that new business opportunities are disseminated widely among the partnership through workshops, knowledge sharing and innovation seminars.
